Portofino is one of Norton Streets original restaurant having been established in the late-70's. It is ingrained in the history of Norton Street, making it a trusty favourite with the locals as well as an attraction for those afar. In its over 30 years history, Portofino has only had 3 owners. Current husband and wife owner/operator Enza and Steve are approaching 9 years in operation, which is a testament to its stability and consistency.

   Over time Portofino has transformed itself into a modern Italian eatery, competing with the highest in its class. Through all the years Portofino has managed to maintain its consistency, as well as its friendly and warm atmosphere. This has retained its many loyal regulars, as well as continuing to attract new comers.
